Pastor and Lead the Guest Experience team:

Greeting team, Parking greeters, Ushers, Prayer Team, Next Steps, Info bar, VIP Guest Hosts, and Setup & Takedown team members.

Serve as point leader for hospitality, atmosphere, and Sunday experience, maintaining excellence across all areas.

Support front-line ministry by assisting as needed with kids’ check-in, walking new families to classrooms, and providing campus tours for new guests and follow up care.

Provide support with greeting, ushering, next steps, information, church vision, core values, attendance, cleaning, setup, takedown, and other areas as needed with a servant’s heart.

Attend leadership meetings, meetings pertaining to ministry positions and data platforms as needed.

Assist on social media platforms fielding responses to comments and messages.

Assist in Baptism services, events and other special moments as needed with logistics and guest care.

Set the standard in communication and volunteer care systems to improve retention and engagement.

Travel to and attend church conference trips to represent the church, learn and observe in order to grow in ministry and build the church.

Women’s Small Group Leader

2024 – Present

Facilitate a weekly group focused on Sunday’s sermon scripture for deeper study, prayer, and spiritual growth.

Foster a Christ-centered environment of love, accountability, and fellowship outside Sunday gatherings.

Support women through life’s challenges with prayer, community, and mentorship.

Greeted and cared for first-time guests by offering welcome gifts, tours, and personal follow-up.

Managed the hospitality café area, coordinating weekly themed treats aligned with the sermon.

Served weekly with youth on Wednesday nights, creating themed snack/drink bars to create engaging environments.

Attended leadership meetings and participated in a weekly leadership development class.

Participated in outreach alongside the youth to serve the community through projects and events.

Provided support with ushering, cleaning, setup, takedown, and other areas as needed with a servant’s heart.

Traveled out of state to attend a church conference trip to assist pastors, learn and observe in order to grow in my ministry.
