Help customers with purchases, returns, inquiries and Ship to Store items.

Assign registers to cashiers, manage their lunch and break schedules and adjust work schedules as needed.

Help cashiers with any problems they may have with customers, cash registers and prices, etc.

Train new employees.

Ticket any merchandise that needs it when brought to the front desk.

Stock the Insider rack on Wednesday and Sunday and make sure it stays stocked and looks neat during the week.
