Facilitated social-emotional growth and helped build further resiliency in children using an Incredible Years based program in the classroom and group setting and using DECA to assess and help increase child resiliency. Provided staff with observations for referred children, interventions, modeling, individual/classroom support and staff training. Encouraged family collaboration, and provided support and linkage. Advocacy for child/family/staff. Teaching and utilization of trauma informed care. Teamwork and collaboration with professionals.

• Served as temporary replacement for colleague unable to work due to health issues. Remained in the position until colleague was able to return.

Departed position following husband's job relocation.

Worked with youth and their families to assess needs; provide direct interventions; coordinated services; advocated on behalf of the youth/family; monitored the youth in the home, school and community; provided education; support and crisis intervention services and linked/referred youth and their families to community resources.
