Find what the customer wants/needs try to add other recommendations in such as if they say there looking for a foundation for dry skin add “this moisturizer will go great underneath your foundation and help with your flaky dry skin!”

Navigate them through the store to what they are looking for.

Make sure each customer has a rewards program so they get points and discount when sales come up

Open and close the store

• Trash, fill tester stands, make sure counter and store is clean for the morning or night crew, do any replenishment on the floor.

Do any update that the brands send us so change fixtures and displays
