I have been able to handle a consistent caseload above the average number.
In a short time in my current position I was asked to begin training.

Youth Specialist
Focus on Youth, Inc.
07.2023 - Current
As a youth specialist and trainer I had many responsibilities. Primarily, I maintained a caseload of 15-21 children. I was responsible for conducting home visits, completing paperwork associated with their cases, attending court, communicating with their foster families, biological parents at times, case workers as well as other members on their care team. I had additional responsibilities such as calling foster families with open beds to try to place foster children our agency received referrals for, on call shifts on weekends and weekdays, attending staff events, fundraising and transportation for our children in foster care. I would also send emails to the child’s case worker to refer the children on my caseload to different resources they may need such as different therapies and doctors. I am also a trainer and train a variety of topics for our foster parents, staff, potential foster parents, and anyone in need of CEUs.
Shift Manager
WHIT'S FROZEN CUSTARD
06.2022 - Current
While at Whit’s, I was a shift manager. This means I was responsible for any other employee clocked in during my shift. It was my responsibility orders were being sent out in a timely fashion and looked as great as they taste! I would also run a lot in the background such as making pick up orders, other custard flavors, as well as frozen novelty items we sell in the shop. It was my responsibility to solve any problem in the shop that may have risen while I was on the clock.
Vendor
WALT DISNEY WORLD RESORTS IN ORLANDO
11.2022 - 05.2023
Over the course of the last 8 months, I participated in the Disney College Program. I was responsible for many things while on the job. I had to be quick on my feet as I was often working with very long lines. I took, placed and served orders to guests at my stands. I would often help new hires with their jobs when they had questions or if I saw them struggling. I got sent to different locations across the park everyday so I was responsible for knowing anything and everything about all 26 carts/stands in the park.
Intern
Mini University
10.2021 - 12.2021
As an intern I would help care for the children in my class. I would play games with them and use toys to encourage learning and development. If a child needed help I would do my best to assist them any way I could. I would help put children to sleep at nap time as well as leading some dance/music sessions
