Youth Tennis San Diego | 15+ Years

• Lead and manage 50+ youth sports and enrichment programs throughout San Diego at schools, parks, recreation centers, and the Barnes Tennis Center.
• Supervise, train, and coordinate a team of 40+ instructors delivering inclusive programming for youth ages 4–18.
• Design curriculum integrating sports instruction, fitness, mindfulness, leadership, teamwork, communication, and social-emotional learning.
• Create age-appropriate lesson plans that foster confidence, cooperation, problem-solving, and positive peer interaction through active games and sports.
• Develop adaptive sports curriculum and oversee youth wheelchair tennis programming to ensure inclusive access for all participants.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, grants, budgets, payroll, and operations for community programs and summer camps.
• Plan and lead 10–15 annual community events, tournaments, adaptive festivals, and teen engagement programs serving 80–100+ participants per event.
