My job duties included the following-

•Training new employees on our teller process, banker side, and making sure they understood our culture & policies.

•Processing daily transactions for customers such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, etc..

•Handling & processing auto drafts.

•Ordering and exchanging foreign currency.

•Opening accounts for both consumer & commercial customers, Trusts, and Estates.

•Balancing and auditing teller drawers as well as our main money vault.

•Handling difficult or upset customers to try to fix whatever issue they may have in a curtesy and professional way.

•Overseeing employees to make sure everything was properly prepared & every order was accurate.

•Preparing deposits

•Counting inventory and making sure there were no discrepancies.

•Training new employees in all areas.

•Handling difficult and upset customers.
