Projects

Senior Capstone, 2022-2023, Created a research proposal to address the problem that cigarette butts pose to the environment of various locations around Marquette, MI. Conducted data around the city of Marquette and gathered research regarding the laws of cigarette disposal and the effectiveness of the current mainstream disposal system, sand buckets. Drafted and proposed a solution of the installation of Terracycle units to recycle the cigarette butts to protect both wildlife and the environment of Marquette.
