Responsible for the Capacity Building mailbox tracking by creating spreadsheets of all incoming inquiries for assistance from constituents or grantees and outgoing responses to the constituents or grantee.
Serve as the office contact liaison for FOIAs and Correspondence.
Created Financial Data spreadsheets of Section 4 and Rural Capacity Building funds available, disbursed and balance using the LOCCs system monthly.

Responsible for a variety of assignments in Office of Facilities and Management
Review and evaluate the custodial services being performed on a regular basis to the Department, specific areas include restrooms, lobbies and grounds making necessary recommendations to facilities staff.
