The Systems Data Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate plan and fund data within the RPAG system. This role ensures that retirement plans are properly linked to eligible investment funds, that advisor participation is validated, and that all data is complete, consistent, and compliant with internal and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain retirement plan records in the RPAG system, including client, advisor, and plan-level data
• Link plans to appropriate investment funds, verifying fund eligibility, and availability.
• Ensure advisor participation is accurately recorded, and meets platform requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with RPAG or a similar retirement plan management platform preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies

As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you will lead by example and help create a positive experience for both customers and partners (employees). As a Catering Supervisor, you oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of catering events to ensure high-quality food service and excellent customer satisfaction. You lead a team of catering staff, coordinate event logistics, and maintain standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise catering team members during setup, service, and cleanup of events
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and event organizers to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
• Ensure food presentation, portion control, and quality standards are met

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in catering, food service, or hospitality (leadership experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple events and delegate tasks efficiently
