
I have more than 20 years of experience in riding horses, teaching, and training others to ride and compete. I became the only trainer in my geographical region of Florida to obtain certification by the United States Hunter Jumper association. In one of several management roles, I executed the business design of an equestrian boarding and training facility from concept to logo to facilities design to a fully functioning business, continuing to run the operation for over a year after opening. Now, I would like transition from the physically taxing lifestyle of horsemanship into a role with a company that can utilize my experience and effort to serve in a customer support role while working from home and continuing my education. My lifetime of customer recruiting, development, and training coworkers will translate well to the team environment of a virtual call center, and I look forward to joining an organization where I can work my upward and assist in call center operations in the future.
