I was working on the PAR team when first coming to Ensemble.

I have done COB accounts and Recoupments I am currently working AR Followup. When necessary I call the payer and ask why the claim has not been paid and if money has been recouped why, if documentation is needed to process claim I find out what is needed and provide it. If a reconsideration is needed I send that along with documentation being requested. When patient needs to update their information I send a COB letter and call the patient. If an adjustment is needed on the claim I do that.
