• Cultivated positive rapport with fellow employees to boost company morale and promote employee retention.

• Resolved staff member conflicts, actively listening to concerns and finding appropriate middle ground.
• Arranged conference rooms and facilities to prepare for meetings regarding parent ARD meetings.
• Technology spans a variety of programs used in my tenure to include Microsoft, Student Classroom, Canvas and specialty programs such as Gradebook Administration and A2A attendance.
