My responsibilities included:

• Coordinated, planned, and implemented activities and events for the students and families at Maemae School.
• Coordinated, planned, and served as the Director of Maemae's Summer School
• Mentored beginning teachers to nurture their growth as professionals
• Served as the liaison between Maemae School and the Parent, Teacher, Student, Association (PTSA)

• Organized articulation sessions with grade levels that fostered collaboration and consistency between school faculty members.
• Monitored student progress through regular assessments, utilizing results to inform targeted support strategies.
• Collaborated with administrators to determine course objectives.
