I am a special needs mother of 2 children that are on the autism spectrum one lower functioning and one higher functioning. My son attended Waban back when he was 3-5 years old he is now turning 18. I have always wanted to work for a place like Waban that helps shape and guide children and their families. I found being a BHP rewarding working inhome with children and their families helping children meet their ITP goals. I have been safety care trained in the past. I have experience in PECS and communication devices. My end goal is to be a case worker once I complete my Bachelors degree.
