I am a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with nine years of career experience in direct patient care, triage and care coordination in fast-paced environment. I work on a fast pace telemetry floor where I remain calm under pressure and skillfully handle difficult patients and high-stress situations. I excel in developing strong relationships with patients and families through empathetic communication, respectful attitude and excellent customer service.

Prior to becoming a nurse I spent eight years working in the customer service industry and waitressing. This experience has proven to be invaluable aiding in my nursing career and being able to multitask and prioritize with a smile.
