Responsible for generating new deposits and Treasury Management revenue for the bank by prospecting and managing my existing customer base. Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Provide services to customers based on their financial goals and needs while also helping them achieve financial success.

• Assist businesses of various revenue sizes from start up to middle market with the goal of maximizing cash flow and liquidity while managing financial, operational, and reputational risk. Provide sales and service support and introduce key partners to assist with growing the customer relationship.

• Work closely with dedicated team members and contribute to overall success of our team by providing sales opportunities, relationship and pricing reviews for customer meetings. Handle the process of collecting executed agreements from customers and provide the details needed for implementation to our service team. Closely monitor status and provide timely updates and follow up to the customer throughout the process and upon completion.

• Managed a portfolio of high value consumer and business customers and referred when appropriate to other areas within the bank to deepen relationships and build strong internal partnerships. Maintained active involvement in the community to develop key business relationships. Adhered to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

• Consistently met or exceeded monthly sales goals while effectively building long term relationships by building trust, providing sound financial advice, and recommending appropriate products and services to assist the customer with achieving their financial goals.
