24 Years 7 Months- Supervise daily transportation operations, ensuring the safe delivery of the children and communicating any last minute changes.
- Schedule daily transports for the kids' visits working directly with the individual counties and resource parents and at times a third party visitation location to coordinate days and times.
- Oversee transportation of an average of 20 transports daily by coordinating personnel and developing efficient routes and workload schedules.
- Managed a team of drivers, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain a master schedule of the week's visits/transports and making daily adjustments as needed.
- Schedule the drivers' daily transports the Friday prior and print their daily schedules.

- Communicate with the bio-parents when setting up supervised visits to arrange days, times, and locations of the visits. Update the county social worker once set up and stay in direct contact thereafter about how visits are going.
- Assist with our visitation center's scheduling of visits and transports as needed.
- Work directly with the transportation manager to ensure the safety of the children being transported by staying on top of the maintenance of all the vehicles.
- Developed strong relationships with county social workers, resource parents, and any third party visitation agencies through consistent communication and excellent customer service practices.
- Helped grow the transportation department from having 6 drivers to currently having 12 plus our 3 employees working in our visitation center.
- Assist with car seat trainings for staff.
