The reason for the odd ending date is because we are closing due to our leased property being sold to developers. I successfully performed many functions with Ryan's. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank account reconciliations as well as credit card accounts reconciliations. All functions of payroll procedures. From time card, commissions and piece rate calculations for a semi monthly payroll. In addition I was responsible for semi quarterly payroll tax deposits, quarterly tax reporting as well as end of year responsibilities. In addition I was responsible for all bank deposits. I was responsible for all Human Resources, benefit management, Employee compliance, garnishment, and maintained records for employee draws and loans.

The reason for this separation was unfortunately the franchise was sold, and my husband and I were moving back to Washington. I worked directly for the owners David and Caroline Ritterling, their number is 719-240-6241. I was their full charge bookkeeper. I was responsible for all accounting and payroll functions. I assisted the CPA firm with all year end entries and inquiries for 11 years of successful year end closing. I completed bank reconciliations, calculating invoices, and posting payments to clients accounts. Handled bank deposits as well as collecting outstanding accounts. I truly loved my job, co-workers and leadership.
