Self employed with my own travel agency from my home. Talk with clients about their travel needs and use Microsoft Office to research and correspond with them. On occasion I will meet my clients who would like to meet in person. Very comfortable with communicating with clients on the phone and via email.

Worked in an office in a busy strip mall called Cameron Village and we would get a good amount of walk in clients who would want to talk about and book travel. I'm very comfortable with customer service in person, on the phone or via email. I would use Microsoft Office and I pick up fast any new computer technology.
