• Maintained all staff schedules, and training, creating incentive plans to keep staff motivated
• Concept development, feasibility, location selection, design, and budgeting for special events, promotions and concerts
• Including CMJ Music Festival, Fearless Music Television and corporate and private events
• Maintaining licensing and permits, health and fire codes for all venues
• Implementation of employee policies and procedures in manuals for all venues
• Overseeing VIP customers, maintaining guest relations with various music and promotion groups
• Responsible for booking all musicians and DJs, and coordinating sound technicians for all venues
