I worked for target 6 years. I started as a team member and worked at one for 3 years and as team leader for 3 years. I’ll focus on getting the guest the best experience on order pick up and ship from store, making sure we work ahead to bring more sales to the store. I was in contact with FedEx & UPS to make sure they be on time with the pick up times.I had to work close with other leaders of the store to make sure the counts on the store are right. I’m also crossed trained pushed merchandise on the sales floor. I’ll work in the backroom updating counts and moving pallets with the forklifts/ pallets jacks. When the food leader will be off I’ll was check on her team so I was trained for food safety, sanitation, checking expiration dates and food control.
