• My responsibilities involved driving throughout Memphis and Shelby County to provide resources for individuals experiencing homelessness. I assisted agencies like (TDOT, the City of Memphis, etc.) in removing blight from encampments. Responded to emails and calls from the mayor's office and other organizations, all to help end homelessness.
• I also assisted clients who accepted resources while staying in the Hub's temporary studios.
• Managed a team of outreach specialists and provided guidance on complex tasks.
• Built relationships with key stakeholders through proactive engagement and collaboration.
• Met with professionals from other organizations, agencies, or companies to develop relationships.

• Responsible for leading team which patrols Downtown Memphis as hospitality and public safety ambassadors for the City of Memphis and Downtown; serving as supplemental eyes and ears for the business community and law enforcement agencies; and monitoring environmental conditions in the Downtown area
• Utilized problem-solving techniques to resolve complex incidents in a timely manner.

Managed currency issuance and deposit retrieval in a secure manner in Memphis.

• Monitored cameras for suspicious and unusual activity, Patrol Downtown Memphis via bikes, detouring crime as well as panhandling
• Homeless assistance, deescalating situations and offering help to others
