Provides pregnancy and infant care education to expecting mothers and their partners. Educates, plans and provides vaccinations for all age groups. Works closely with partnering agencies to provide well rounded care and referrals for families. Works with multiple different school districts to provide education, assessments and referrals for many different age groups and populations. Created and implemented teaching clinic for community members.

Provided direct patient care under direct supervision of physician in clinical setting. Provided education, medications, treatments and coordinated referrals as needed. Contacted patients directly regarding test results, physician orders and scheduling needs.

Worked on Medical/Surgical floor to provide direct patient care to a wide variety of patients within all age groups, administer medications and treatments per established protocols. Collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans. Monitored patient progress, documenting changes in condition and responding to emergencies effectively. Educated patients and families on health management, promoting adherence to treatment regimens. Cared for patients both pre- and post-operatively and provided education both before and after scheduled and/or emergent procedures.
