• I would communicate with Ryder if there was any issue ongoing with a load, and sent out CRF's as needed to adjust loads.
• I assigned drivers their daily task.
• I audited each load to ensure 100% accuracy before shipment was done.
• I would communicate with management to keep them updated on work flow.

Exceptions Clerk

• Helped with any issues regarding production orders.
• Assisted pickers with any questions regarding their orders.
• Filled in where ever help was needed as per management.

• Responsibilities ranged from resetting laptops for their continuation on the production line. As well as corrections of systematic errors associated with laptops serial and model numbers.

• Assisted on finding solutions for devices entering in exceptions area.
• Worked on correcting systematic mistakes made while devices were received.
• Helped with work flow of devices to continue through each correct processes.

• In charge of cleaning duties.
• Assisted with cleaning bathrooms and cafeterias.
• Worked with trash and cardboard compactors.
• Maintained working areas clean for warehouse work members.
