I've spent seven years as an assembler, where I have helped the other assemblers with problems, trained new employees, and helped the VSA's when needed. On April 30th, 2021, I became VSA, where I collaborated with other departments to help with on-time delivery. I help resolve conflicts between my team when needed, provide guidance and support to my team in their daily activities to meet our customer timelines. I try to identify areas of improvement and implement the changes I can. Check the finished product to ensure the quality our customers receive. I try to meet or exceed our target for on-time delivery.

Serviced heavy equipment, oversaw repairs of machinery, ordered parts to stay on track for the job, trained other mechanics.

Making sure we hit our daily schedule, getting correct parts ordered for jobs. Overseeing the training of new technicians, overseeing the repair and service of all our products.
