  • Generally: Serve in a patrol and investigatory function to protect wildlife resources and enhance public safety.
  • Conduct boating and hunting accident investigations, including fatalities.
  • Focus on DUI enforcement, regularly identifying and arresting intoxicated vessel operators.
  • Properly create, submit, and execute search and arrest warrants.
  • Successfully conduct countless interviews / interrogations of suspected wildlife law violators.
  • Handle many non-wildlife felony cases, including, but not limited to: vehicular homicide, injury to public records, convicted felon in possession of a firearm, sexual assault, as well as many felony drug possession cases.
  • Coordinate / assist local and federal agencies with a wide variety of cases.
  • Create case reports and deliver court testimony.
