Travel across Texas as needed to all levels of care to:

• Conduct psychotherapy including individual, group and family therapy in a single region and/or across multiple regions as necessary
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning for each patient on case load:
• Complete biopsychosocial, self-harm and suicide assessments
• Create individualized treatment plan with specific and measurable goals in collaboration with treatment team members
• Create treatment agreements, support plans or behavior plans as needed
• For each patient on case load, complete clinical paperwork including:
• Treatment plans
• Individual and Family Therapy progress notes and group notes
• Wellness plan and aftercare plan
• Discharge summary
• Attend treatment team meetings and treatment team rounds to coordinate patients care with interdisciplinary team

• Facilitates curriculum-based therapeutic groups
