I am excited to utilize my past experiences and the knowledge I have gained from my master's program to best serve the students that I will be working with.   • Coached and met weekly/bi-weekly with a few students in the department who needed extra support.
  • Assisted department Recruitment and Retention Specialist with a few on campus visits, a high school visit, and helped with monthly retention events in the department.
  • Familiarized my self with Student Success Hub and utilized it to make notes in student records.
  • Planned and helped coordinate a new mentoring initiative in the department with 12 undergrad mentors, and 75 first-year mentees.
