Working Out, Reading and Poetry

Since a young age i've always loved working out. It helped me with my anxiety and socil issues along with keeping me in shape. Personally for me, reading and poetry go hand in hand because they both allow for the mind to escape reality and go to the world created by the words written. Poetry is also an escape from the mental struggles of everyday life.
