Accomplishments

I started in the equipment world as a kid who had to go to work with his father. My father is a life long technician and taught me a lot about the trade. During high school I washed equipment for NES Rentals (no longer exists). I did that until they learned that I could trouble shoot and repair equipment. As soon as I graduated school I started as a shop technician. My skills, knowledge, and self motivation prompted the promotion into the field service tech role as soon as insurance allowed it. I worked that role until I changed companies. Then I changed focus to learning how to manage people and find the balance that was good for both the employee and the employer. I went through the time where I done everything myself. I have been through that struggle and have adapted to a better manager that has employees the only want to work for me. All of that to say. you can only truly know and understand something if you have personally been there and done it. My greatest accomplishment to date is that I started at the bottom and have worked very hard to get where I am. I have been through the roughest part of the job that my employees are going through. I fully understand them and that makes a HUGE difference for them.
