• Negotiate with vendors, business partners and contractors to procure network products and services. Create and maintain documentation on technical installation and maintenance of the network. Oversee network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation. Support staff and serve as Tier II/III support to customers and staff (Remedy used as communication hub for client issues.) Monitor Network and Systems security to protect against external and internal attacks. Implemented MACOS within Active Directory infrastructure. (Configured 1 Apple domain controller and integrated it within the 2008 Server Domain to host MAC’s and Iphone’s. Process was extremely successful.)
