CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE
Provide clients with day-to-day services, amending policies, recommending coverages and gathering underwriting data. Initiate and expedite client/carrier requests. Prepare accords and place new and renewal business. Process client and company requests, binders, schedules of insurance, certificate of insurance, billing, endorsements, audits, loss summaries etc. Check and process new lines, renewals and endorsements. Take first reports and assist clients with claim settlements. Record client/insurance company transactions on a computer.
