Organize and sort incoming mail and parcels for sequential delivery based on assigned route Deliver mail, documents, and parcels to businesses, residences, and post office boxes on foot or by vehicle, regardless of weather conditions Collect outgoing mail from customers, street letter boxes, and relay boxes along the route for return to the postal facility Use portable electronic scanners to track packages and obtain required signatures for registered and insured mail Assist customers with postal needs, such as providing forms, answering questions about mail services, and selling postage when necessary Handle undeliverable mail in accordance with established USPS procedures Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and customer interactions for accountability Report unusual incidents, hazardous conditions, or problems encountered during mail delivery to supervisors Work collaboratively with other postal employees and adapt to changing delivery routes or volume as required Lift, carry, and transport moderate to heavy loads of mail and parcels safely and efficiently Maintain professional and effective public relations with customers and represent USPS in a positive manner

Aisle cleanliness, Making sure aisles are neat upon arrival of shift. Making sure items are in the correct place as assigned. Keeping items off the floor. Keeping shelves neat and products moved up to the friend for easier reach for customers.
Stocking, Every Tuesday, a truck will arrive. Products must be taken and stocked onto the shelves neatly while making sure product is not overflowing. Reducing clutter to make products fit onto the shelf.
Back Stock, When products will not fit out on the sales floor, these items must be stocked in the backroom. Customer service, Assist customers within areas of specialty in knowledge. item retrieval for customers that cannot find a product needed.
Revisions and resets, Reset shelves and aisles for new products and displays which include using planograms.
Problem solving, Cash handling and counting. De-escalation of situations that may occur.

Rig check, Completing checks on the truck to make sure everything is fully stocked, Equipment is fully operational, and truck is fully cleaned and ready to go for a call.
Responding to calls, Knowing how to properly drive while operating Emergency lights and sirens Radio communication, Knowing how to speak to dispatch and other responding agencies.
Patient care, assessing patients and determining which care is needed for patient condition. Knowing how to treat and handle Medical/Traumatic Emergencies. Calling for the appropriate additional resources when needed. Destination, Determining which hospital is appropriate for patients with specific emergencies that require a higher level of care.
Report, Being able to give an oral report to either ALS or Hospital Staff when a patient arrives. Describing what leads a patient to hospital.
