To preface I am very new, as my experience is only about a year. I am interested in staging to gain a better knowledge of the industry and to begin to enhance my skills.

- Cooking, Frying, Plating
Take out/A La Carte style
making about 50-100 boxes worth of food
Also clean, wash dishes, sometimes manage FOH if needed
