Over the Past 30 years a vast amount of change has occurred at UHS benefitting our employees here at UHS. Employees are now able to Schedule their work assignments from home and/or from their workstations UHS. This has allowed over 4000 professional employees to view and address the specific needs of the hospital and personally schedule their work hours to ensure the appropriate staffing is always in place to meet needs.

Employees can now self-schedule directly to a schedule eliminating the need for a paper schedule.

Additionally during my 30 year history with UHS I have been a key contributor to bringing 6500+ employees into two different Payroll, Absence and Timekeeping Systems.

With the most recent implementation of Workday that also added continuing administrative responsibilities for all of our ZKT time clocks across nine companies.
