Lori Watson

As an experienced professional, I am delighted to be starting a new career as a therapist. I look forward to partnering with clients and helping them explore and grow through their challenges. I have interest and a basic understanding of a few theoretical models (such as Narrative Therapy, Restoration Therapy, CBT and EFT) and currently feel most drawn to person-centered theory as an anchoring foundation. I am interested in working with adults and adolescents, individuals and couples. I am confident that my extensive experience interacting with people in stressful situations will translate well to the therapeutic environment.
