I have trained major financial clients as well as employee diversity training and in the workspace. For 25 years at JPMorgan Chase I have presented to the largest clients of the bank. Post pandemic I recreated myself first with a certificate in Social Media for Business from the University of Central Florida as well as the A215 Healthcare Sales and became a licensed Health Insurance Broker. Honestly after assisting people for 25 years I did feel the Health Insurance Sales could be a bit shady so I have taken a break. I enjoy teaching and assisting people! Client satisfaction and pleasing clients is my best attribute. I communicate well and am highly professional in front of clients and through remote software. I have experience both in organizational leadership and individual contributor capacities. I am passionate about assisting and education my clients and in solving their business challenges with tailored solutioning that enhances the firms bottom line. I am highly productive alone and work very well with all people. I believe discrimination does not belong in this world let alone the working environment.
2019 my most satisfying accomplishment was training a very demanding client, The American Red Cross, with over 3000 cardholders and administrators on their Commercial card program for a new client.
Feedback from the stakeholders was exceptional. I created training videos for all types of users, cardholders, auditors and the administrators. IT was a very satisfying experience making the client feel like they made the right choice in choosing Chase.
