• Ensure program compliance with organization protocols and local state and federal regulatory agencies
• Collaborate with management to ensure the success of targeted goals through optimizing processes
• Set and maintain consistent/constructive limits while providing a corrective learning experience for patients
• Provide physical, non-violent intervention for clients when necessary
• Counsel patients in overcoming obstacles, adjusting to life, or making changes and subsequently discuss their goals so that rehabilitation programs for accessing needed services can be developed
• Assist patients in daily routine/ADL skills and facilitate appropriate boundaries and social interaction skills.

Atlas Treatment Center provides services for male clients with emotional and behavioral health needs and learning difficulties

• Monitor individual health and safety, Maintain records and document daily data
• Educate, supervise and monitor individual self-medication program
• Assists with medical appointment scheduling/ transportation
• Safely evacuate individuals from residence in the event of fire or disaster
• Physically escort/restrain individuals during emergency situations or behavioral episodes
• Physically assist individuals, as needed, in bathing and personal hygiene tasks which may include lifts and support to individuals with body weights of 150 - 250 pounds

• Participate in planning and implementation of daily activity schedule and daily routine
