Research and Development:

• Manage R&D program for shower door, medicine cabinet, and illuminated mirror product lines.
• Utilized SolidWorks and AutoCAD to develop 3D CAD models.
• Conduct team meetings to present designs and perform demonstrations of 3D prototypes for approval.
• Inspect products arriving from overseas vendors.
• Evaluated products for functioning, safety, and appearance.

Engineering:

• Provided preliminary shop drawings and estimates to the General Contractor.
• Update shop drawings for final approval based on actual site conditions.
• Calculated glass and metal dimensions for the warehouse to cut; sent for metal plating and glass tempering.
• Thoroughly inspected metal and glass defects from plating and tempering.
• Provided technical support during installation.

Safety enforcement:

• Enhanced workplace safety by implementing and enforcing strict safety protocols for all technicians
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant federal, state, and local safety regulations.
