• Lead a small team of construction project managers
• Oversee all construction at Launch Site One
• Manage a variety of facility projects ranging from underground infrastructure to vertical construction to support the Engine Test Stands as well as Launch Operations
• Communicate with company leadership and project stakeholders on all aspects of construction projects
• Build annual CAPEX budget and ensure portfolio is executable
• Meet weekly with finance and leadership on budget forecasting for all construction projects.

• Provide estimates and schedules for proposed projects, ranging from civil/utility upgrades to new rocket engine test stands
• Manage project planning, design, execution, and budget, ensuring schedule and cost constraints are met
• Manage and review RFI’s and submittals
• Prepare scopes of work and bid invitations to collect quotes from general contractors
• Work with professional architects and engineers to develop projects
• Work with Supplier Management and Procurement as well as Legal/Compliance to put contracts and purchase orders in place
• Coordinate with the facilities maintenance team every morning on daily site tasks to be performed
• Oversee daily operations of all construction and infrastructure projects
• Manage facility projects with all areas on site including the Launch Complex, Landing Pad, Mission Control Center, and three rocket engine test stands (GEEx, VEEx & XEEx)
• Review all areas of construction plans including architectural, structural, civil, MEP, & IT/Networking
• Work with local and state agencies on permits for upgrades to the site water and septic systems

Plan, design and oversee construction in various projects such as airport hangars, harbors, buildings, roads, parking lots, ball fields, private neighborhoods, and utility improvements

• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and standards
• Plan and design storm water systems using design software
• Fly a quadcopter drone and create survey grade drawings using photogrammetry software.

• Review project plans and create spreadsheet that allows CAD draftsmen to draw up shop drawings
• Review, prepare and edit shop drawings
• Run structural analysis on concrete members using PSBEAM and PGSUPER

• Assist project managers in the planning, permitting and designing of infrastructure and levee projects
• Field engineer for coastal projects such as floodgate construction and waterworks improvements
• Create cost estimates and perform material quantity calculations for bid documents
• Use AutoCAD to create and edit designs on multiple projects
• Use GROUP and SAP software to run a structural analysis on steel piles.

• Cased Hole Wireline & Perforating
• Prepared the cased-hole wire-line services equipment for use and ensured its overall performance while at the client location
• Communicated with clients and managed small crew
• Interpreted well site data in real time, used complex technologies such as software simulators and the latest electrical and mechanical equipment
• Troubleshot on–the-spot issues at the well site
• Used electronic tools and computerized systems at the wellsite to analyze the geological formations.
