New Era

Summary

In the years that I have had the privilege working in this industry, I have learned to better manage the projects that I have been assigned. Also have gained a great deal of experience in being able to communicate with customers, boundary partners as to what is needed to succeed with the task at hand. Having the ability to Mentor and Train new Technicians has greatly developed my ability to see a process in different ways to be able to explain it to a new technician.

I am a fast learner that is always willing to tackle new Challenges. I can manage projects successfully while paying attention to time constraints and attention to detail.

Dedicated and detail-oriented field technician with several years of experience in prioritizing, completing multiple tasks simultaneously and following through to achieve project goals. Flexible and goal-oriented team player with expertise in scheduling and customer relationship management.
