• Help patients move in and out of beds, or wheelchairs. Turn or reposition bedridden patients frequently to prevent bedsores.
• Serve meals, feed patients who need assistance, document food and liquid intake.
• Change soiled linens, clean up spills, and sanitize equipment to maintain a safe, infection-free environment.
