I manage and oversee the day to day business. Oversee the maintenance, i.e. Landscape, irrigation, all community maintenance equipment ( irrigation pumps, swimming pump, associated equipment, computers, cameras, Gym equipment) ensure safety for all of owners . Deal with the attorneys for all legal matters, monitor the performance of the property manager, monitor the community's budget. Oveersee and conduct monthly meetings with the Property Management, all the owners and all the Committees. Assist with planned activities, community events.
