Over 10 years of experience working for two boards of education. Over 25 years holding a position of a manager, having supervised as many as 15 employees at a period, plenty experience on human relations and managing staffing schedule, over 25 years of experience in dealing with contractors as but not limited to: Plumbers, electricians, general contractors, HVAC contractors, roofers, painters, and more. Presently on the civil service list of candidates that took and passed the Assistant Director of Facilities test.
Experienced with facility maintenance and sanitation. Utilizes organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure pristine environments. Track record of effective team leadership and adaptability in dynamic settings.
