• Stop The Violence, Volunteer, The Stop The violence event was something that my pastors created. They were really thinking about our community, our city York. We gave out free food to the community, and we also oered many opportunities, Like job fairs and college fairs. We do this event every year in the month of June.
• Mini-THON, Volunteer, Mini-THON is an opportunity to be empowered as leaders in the fight to conquer childhood cancer. Students learn to be empowered as leaders in the fight to conquer childhood cancer. Students gain work ready skills in communication, critical thinking and problem solving, while promoting teamwork, creativity and spirit within the school.
• Volunteered with Penn State’s THON, the world’s largest student-run philanthropy, by supporting fundraising, event coordination, and family outreach efforts that contributed to raising millions of dollars for pediatric cancer patients, while developing teamwork, discipline, and community engagement skills.
