I came to the US in 2014 as a 17 year old kid. Hooters was my first job. I started working with the company in May 2014 doing prep for a couple months then I was the dishwasher for another 3-4 months before I started training as a line cook. I worked my way up. Started learning how to work the fryer then I was taught how work the grill and within 1 1/2 years I was able to work any station in the kitchen. By 2017 I was one of the kitchen leaders and in 2018 I was promoted to be an assistant manager. In 2019 I was transferred to the Queens location which has always being the top performing store within our franchise. I learned a lot there. I was the one that was left in charge and keep the store open for delivery business during the pandemic. It was then in December 2021 when my regional manager promoted me to become the General Manager of the Farmingdale location.
I'm ready for a new challenge now. I'm a hard working person that won't walk away when things get a little hard, rather will try to find a solution to keep things running smooth.
I won most improved store within our franchise the first year of being a GM in the LI location and also store of the year in 2024 as a GM in the Queens location.
