Luke Ross

I have worked retail for most of my life and this has helped me develop my customer service skills. I am easy going and willing to compromise with others in order to achieve the desired goal. Many of the skill listed are through my education at Cascadia. At Cascadia I learned to collaborate with others. During my time in college I was tasked with creating and delivering numerous presentations including my Capstone Presentation. My capstone which was focused on waste reduction in retail store chains taught me to manage large scale projects. Through my Environmental Statistics class I developed skills in Microsoft Excell and data analysis. I was also the co-president of my college sustainability club. Through this club I worked to organize events such as our schools Thrift store. As co-president I tried to promote sustainable practice on campus through engaging activities.
