Luke Stutzman

Worked long hours in the sun, able to stay on my feet and work for long periods of time. Worked in and operated a lift up to 40 ft high removing siding from houses. physically adept and can withstand pressure from my environment.

Participated in 3 highschool sports and achieved highly in all. Earned all district rewards for football, and qualified for states on my wrestling and track team. The team leader and captain of each sport. I provided community engagement by assisting in various fundraisers and events. Trusted by my teammates and coaches in order to be placed in leadership positions. I organized and motivated my team so we could achieve as highly as possible.

Volunteered to help run Hughesville elementary wrestling tournaments. Effective with computers to run the bracketing system and control the electronic interface for showing score, time etc. Worked with kids and adults, managing multiple things at once. I assisted my friends in learning the system as well as settle debates with angry parents.

.Utilized conflict resolution skills frequently to handle unruly behavior from children and parents. Managed a crowded and noisy environment effectively. I was able to efficiently multi task my duties, such as keeping score, watching for illegal moves, and fixing the bracket system when need be for the table workers
