- Performs various community maintenance functions Records activity in maintenance log These functions my include but not limited to:
- light bulb changing, HVAC repairs, Lock repairs, Pool maintenance, preventative maintenance, caulking etc
- Responds to resident service request in a timely manner
- Performs on-call emergency service as required
- Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on vacants and or common areas to maintenance supervisor
- Move heavy objects as required
- assists the Maintenance Supervisor or community manager on special maintenance projects, ie, preventative maintenance of building components and or mechanicals
Accomplishments
Each week daily goals are expected to be reached. I complete turn overs and assignments within the timely manner thats keeps me ahead of the schedule. Currently as a punch tech, I take on- call, and volunteer an extra hand when ever is needed. I have had the opportunity of being a "floater"
going to different communities within the company to lend a extra hand with back up work orders as well as Make Readies!
